12/16/2025, 11:12 PMSomeone familiar with updating nf-core/modules feel like guiding me through my first one? Have a number of modules I'd like to update, I have the docs and now I just want to get my first one right. Any takers? For example, some of the testing stuff is a bit confusing to me.

12/17/2025, 5:47 PMOk so I have my module updated and updated the tests/main.nf.test and now I want to go about running it. Nextflow run does not run the file directly, what is the proper way to run your test script?
