There is a new effort to standardise NGS Molecular Biomarker / Clinical Interpretation Report template: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41016627/ The template and an example report is available here: https://www.amp.org/clinical-practice/improving-molecular-biomarker-reporting/ The template looks clear and user-friendly, although it may take some time be widely accepted and integrated into the existing systems. It might be useful to consider it for nf-core pipelines which also have a reporting module such as #C04CQ1LK7U1
