Hello, I saw that there is a new update to the SBDI-GTDB database available. Do you know when this database will be available within the ampliseq pipeline for the taxonomic assignment?

Hi, could you be more specific? Wat version is available? Generally, someone has to make a PR to bring the new database in 😉

Daniel Lundin updated the SBDI-GTDB database (https://figshare.scilifelab.se/articles/dataset/SBDI_Sativa_curated_16S_GTDB_database/14869077/10). The newest version is now r10rs226-2 🙂
