@Daniel Lundin may I add you as code owner to the ampliseq repo? A code owner is automatically requested for review when a PR is opened. That does not mean you need to do a review, but only that you are informed. Its sort of a layer of security to make sure someone with long term interest in the pipeline is informed about pending code changes. If anyone else is interested, thats fine as well of course.

Its not so much about time investment I think, more about information about PRs and being able to argue against an unwanted change. Maybe you can add yourself at a later stage if you want to 😉
