I have been having issues running the test profile of V2.1.0 of chipseq pipeline. I tested the V 2.0.0 and it works fine.. not sure if there is a bug that needs fixing. the test for V2.1.0 failed at the multiqc step which is odd as rnaseq pipeline worked fine for me which also used that
