Hii, I plan to add

dorado basecaller

at the beginning of ONT workflow and take pod5 files as input, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea... Can anyone give me some advice?loadingtux waddling

I think adding in the dorado basecaller will make the pipeline more streamlined as methylong now starts from modbam, which is the output from dorado. Here is the dorado module from nanoseq: https://github.com/nf-core/nanoseq/blob/dev/modules/local/dorado_basecaller.nf After you streamline dorado in, then I can add the ONT subworkflow into nanoseq 🎉
