Would one expect inotify/fsnotify events and kubernetes secrets mounted volumes to play nicely with mirrord? 
I've put some debugging on my app which has a hot reload function when the mounted secret changes via the projected volume (no subpath just the whole directory) and when using mirrord the application is seeing constant "created" fsnotify events.

I would expect it to be buggy unfortunately 🙁

You can open issue with a repro for us to hunt down

I'll see if I can knock together a basic repro in go using claude that reliably shows the issue, I did expect it to be suboptimal

I imagine _not that many_ applications actually use the projected volumes in a way that reloads when files actually change
