Packet loss and/or jitter would be the main reason. Do you see packet losses in those sessions?

Yes, there are people who suddenly subscribe to 34 tracks , then there is a situation where there is video loss

NACKs might be repairing the stream. Maybe that’s why it is showing 0 loss. But I would expect some loss to be shown as robotic audio mostly results from packet loss. Possible it is a result of high jitter too. Does the robotic voice happen only at the start or continuously? Subscribing to a lot of video tracks could lead to congestion which leads to packet loss and robotic audio.

@bright-tiger-35509 if you have an example session, we can take a look at the logs to confirm if it was jitter/congestion related.
