yes! we do plan to make metrics accessible via an API. that'll likely come in Q2. we are first working on fine tuning the metrics that are collected to be a valuable to customers.
On the retention, which metrics would be the most valuable for you in terms of retaining longer?

On retention - most useful would be summary data of Closed Sessions: no. participants and server region of each, quality, bandwidth.
Also useful would be historical graph data of active rooms and participants to be able to easily track usage over time.
