hm hidden participant would not be sent to any clients. so they should not be visible at all. if they are showing up, that seems like a bug on the server side.

I think this is happening through JS SDK. I've ran this on 4 different windows... and I can see all the users on each. You can test this through example.livekit.io.

When testing as a Go Hidden Participant, that participant is never shown, kinda strange that the behaviors are different.
