12/20/2022, 5:23 AMThis user appears to be from Russia.. We've heard of some users being blocked by Russian ISPs due to DTLS (it's the same encryption mechanism used by WebRTC as well as Tor Snowflake). Unfortunately there's nothing we could do on our end

12/20/2022, 9:01 AMyes, in many cases ISPs would whitelist Google Meet and Zoom. I don't know if that's what happened here.. Unfortunately these kinds of connectivity issues is not always easy to diagnose.
