If going to different destinations, multiple destinations seeing losses could be due 1. Server egress network link facing congestion 2. OR Server egress network has some loss temporarily (or could be permanent if the traffic is overwhelming some other queue) If this is a Linux server, check for drops in interfaces/tc queues using

netstat

or

tc

commands.
