Hi LiveKit team 👋, We are using LiveKit Cloud and seeing what looks like a region-routing issue that makes realtime calls unstable without VPN. What we observed: With VPN, clients are routed to Germany 2 and the LiveKit connection test passes. • Without VPN, clients are routed to Japan and the connection test fails. • In the failing case, media transport becomes unstable, reconnects happen, and audio/video publishing does not work reliably. We would like to know: Can protocol-based region pinning be enabled for our project? 1. Can traffic be restricted to EU regions? 2. Does our current plan support this, or do we need to upgrade? Preferred regions: • Germany • Germany 2 • EU group in general This is currently blocking reliable external testing of our application. I can provide: • project URL • connection test results • timestamps • browser logs Thank you.
