Hi there - how does one set up Auto Engress when using SIP trunk + dispatch rules and agents? Does one have to first add the user into a waiting room and then create a room with auto egress before dispatching the user and agent to that room?

@wooden-chef-39341, Auto Egress works by creating a room with the Auto Egress setting enabled, no need to add the user to a waiting room first. Simply dispatch the user and agent to that room, and the system will handle automatic exit once the call ends.
