Hi, we received the following email but we are only using 1/5 of the WebRTC participant minutes it says. I suspect limits are account wide, rather than per project? Is there a way to see a combined total of all projects?

Hi, possibly you have other projects associated with the account? (The cumulative usage of all projects in a build tier account are used to calculate whether a limit is reached). If that is the case, we need to make that email clearer.

No, and sorry, I know it's frustrating 😞. The team know it's a pain point for multiple users so are working on improving this. It's one of the higher priority items.

We have upgraded the 2 larger projects to Ship. Does that mean those 2 no longer contribute to the Build totals?

That's right, the two ship projects will each have their own separate limits which are not shared.
