Hey guys, we do a sip refer (cold transfer) on a twilio number the caller is connected to new line which goes to voicemail, but the transfer_sip_participant fails with 408 any help on this? this is working fine for all other transfers, but failing on one specific number is this carrier/network provider issue?

Possibly a carrier configuration issue?

is request timeout, and it seems suspicious it only affects that specific number.
