Can you share a link to a failed call from your LiveKit dashboard? You should be able to find one at the bottom of this page: https://cloud.livekit.io/projects/p_/telephony
Why did you create an issue? This does not appear to be a bug with the SIP code.
Do you have a PCAP from the SIP server you are calling? What do you see there?

I have livekit-server and livekit sip server on my k8s cluster, i already make NAT forwarding for livekit, and livekit sip ports (livekit sip i opened 5060)

You don't see that error in the PCAP?
Looks like it is coming from the SIP provider
If this is a configuration issue it is best asked in #C07FVFL1H3P if this is an error from the SIP provider it is best asked to your SIP provider

i guess incorrect headers, they included my static ip to their whitelist already
