Hello P, regarding chat logs, LiveKit does not save chat messages, so in all cases you would need to handle the logs on your app side. With this said, yes it is totally possible to use LiveKit for Chat Only without the video feature. You would have your users connect to a room and within your app, you would simply offer the chat and not any video/audio feature.
