Where 1st URL represents the output file name that I received from Egress

where are you receiving this information? Is this the manifest file? or ListEgress response?

So basically the file name that I'm receiving in the highlighted variable is not the same that Egress is using to create the actual file in S3 bucket.

It seems a minor difference in timestamp on Egress side.
