hello! you'll need to scrape the metrics endpoint for each of the livekit server instances that you run. If you're running livekit in a kubernetes cluster you can setup prometheus, for example, to scrape every individual livekit server pod using annotations. the metrics on a single instance/pod/server will only show metrics for that singular livekit server.
