It looks like an issue between your ISP and our servers.

09/20/2023, 3:47 PMThanks @dry-elephant-14928! I did seem to be able to trigger this earlier with my mobile hotspot 4G (ie. not my usual fibre ISP connection) but yeah, trying again now and I cannot reproduce on my 4G connection or my wifi connection, seems like the rerouting has kicked in.

09/20/2023, 4:00 PMthanks for confirming that! looking into why the alternative DC logic didn't kick in this time. It's designed to automatically connect to alternative data centers. if that is handled correctly, these cases should be handled automatically moving forward
