@glamorous-london-8756 that should not be happening. Are you able to reproduce it with https://meet.livekit.io ? Do you have an example session in Cloud where it took a long time to connect?

@dry-elephant-14928 I tried to reproduce the issue with that example, but no luck. Plus, I forgot to note down the session id when it happened before. Just so you know, I'm using the javaScript sdk and for the past two days, it's been smooth - pretty much since we upgraded our plan last Friday. Before that, it happened pretty often. I'll definitely give you a shout if it comes up again. Btw, could this be related to any updates or deployments on your end? Because of 12 hours difference, your night-time deployments could be same as our working hours. Just a thought!

Let us know if you do see it again! We have tons of traffic 24/7 on Cloud, distributed across 7 data centers and counting.. Rest assured that deployments to Cloud would not cause disruptions of any kind. They should not be noticeable from customer's standpoint. 🙂
