sure ingress id: IN_CQQKakfeEjGL and just did a test when you sent your message. I streamed for maybe 20 seconds at roughly ~8:40 PM / 8:41PM UTC time. I had sound for the first 5 seconds and then it stopped
(so that was roughly 3 minutes ago)

It seems related to how we handle lost packets in our jitter buffer. So.. it's somewhere in between. 🙂

Reporting back: I have not had this issue in a couple of days! Not sure if there were some changes or not on your side

Thank you for confirming that. I'm glad to hear it! We fixed a few things on our end related to jitter buffer that was deployed earlier this week.
