feature request: could you add the users identity to the objects passed back from the active speaker change events?

I'm not following, it already passes back the participants on the event

<@U01KZ6WG1V1> just pushed `0.5.1` to docker, that fixes null node IDs. it now uses hostname, which is being set within docker

I think he wasn’t setting the config value in addition to the security groups.

thats right ^ after setting the config with the right range, 200 ports seems to be working fine. May play with that number to see how low we can go without causing major disruptions as the call size grows

it's a combination of source_ip:source_port and server_ip:server_port

as long as there are available ports on the client, it can accept N PCs per port on the server side

yeesh.. reading up on this for pion.. looks like they are not doing the smart thing.. they are using a port for *each* client. even though it's not technically required to.. this is the reason why it needs hundreds of ports to be opened.
Looks like Sean had wanted to tackle this, but have not so far.

janus is the same way, i think its simpler

I’m sure its on the roadmap but would love to see a turn server just bundled in. pion has a turn implementation thats ok. It also has STUN baked in which helps the initial connection speed b/c your own hosted network performs better than the public google stun

is TURN needed if clients can establish ICE to server? what is your thinking on the use case?

STUN seems straight forward to bundle in tho.

will see what happens when I increase the replica count once we get past this demo call + debug freezing video frames a bit further

notice the `totalFreezesDuration*	13.376`

it continues to go up through the duration of the call

does this indicate some sort of bug in lk? Or network issues? Some of both? Or something else?

hey, network issues should be recoverable.. can you screenshot the RTP stream as well? `RTCInboundRTPVideoStream_xxxx`

if/when there are packet drops, it should send PLI.. and can you describe when this situation happens.. i.e. how many streams it's publishing/receiving, and how you typically reproduce

frozen stream is 720x405, and track id doesn't match

theres a correct pairing with freezes/packet loss/high nack + pil

yeah, so the freeze is caused by packet loss.. and looks like PLI isn't handled or something

I will tune down logging.. you can just not listen to the events?

there is no "identity" for the admin, as LiveKit isn't responsible for user accounts. It's simply a string that is passed to the Room

so the `identity` in this case is the user that you are looking to mute

I figured after reading the rtc endpoint that handles the request 

the error that you see is valid.. that's a bug on the token creation side
