Also, it looks like I'm unable to switch the plan. I canceled the 7 days trial because Starter Plan has more sense for our amount of users. Now I can only renew the old plan, but can't choose a new one.

I think this happened because you're on a 7 day trial, so the plan is still active and the cancellation will happen on 23 Aug.
