When setting up MFA, the page had some sort of overlay completely blocking any further interaction with the page. I was not able to download the recovery codes (had to take a screenshot instead)

Hi, I was using Chrome It happened during the initial set up of MFA, specifically the flow where you are met with a message saying that the organizaiton requires everyone to enable MFA before being allowed to continue
