    in my last project I used sweetalert2 instead of bootstrap modals

    I used bootstrap in college, then switched over to materialize, material ui, bulma, gradually getting rid of the js bundle and writing my own as I got better and better at JS

    now I'm pretty good with both css and js, so tailwind is the way forward for me

    if you're still learning, you will find tailwind quite intimidating

    Bootstrap is fine when you know you're not going to have to change much other than the theme defaults. If you work with clients/UX designers who want more custom designs though it's easier to work with something like Tailwind that gives more low-level control before you need to start working in raw CSS.

    The pytailwindcss works with plugins e.g. forms or typography out of the box (there's a few bugs here and there but otherwise fine)
