Hey! I think Stefan and I use pycharm, but it is by no means a requirement (should you want to contribute). Occasionally I’ll use vim or vscode :)

@Thierry Jean started a VSCode extension as well. Trying to bring in visualization of what you're doing. When we were doing a lot of Hamilton function writing we'd set up pycharm macros to stub out function definitions, as well as use multiple cursors when porting code to Hamilton.

The extension is in a very early stage, so feel free to ping me if you find any bug! Also, let us if there are particular friction point in your development with Hamilton, so we can think about tools to improve the experience 🙂
