Hi! After reviewing this article I quickly jumped to my merge queue settings to find that I couldn't see anything regarding Virtual Queues 😅 Is this feature public or offered in a different plan? Thanks

Hey Ricardo, sorry to disappoint but the partitioned / virtual-queue (zones) merge queue capability described in that Shopify story isn't generally available at this time.

Ah too bad! Any plan and timelines of it going GA that you can share?

not at this time~
