We're firm believers of having only one commit per pr. As such, it is natural that the PR description/title match the commit message. That works fine the first time you submit a PR, but if I make changes to the commit message later on, the PR description/title and the commit message drift out of sync. Is there a way to tell graphite that I want it to always update the PR description and title to match the commit message?

There is no setting today for this today. You can either automate it via the GitHub CLI by running (
gt submit && gh pr edit --title "$(git log -1 --pretty=%s)" --body "$(git log -1 --pretty=%b)"
) or edit it on the PR page. We already have a feature request open for this, and I've added your feedback to it.
