08/04/2026, 3:27 AMThe GitHub app is already installed at the org level. When I visit the installation page as an org admin, note that:
• no prompts for updated permissions
• the installation ID in the URL is the same as what our new user sees in his URL
• the app already has access to all repos

Your org install looks fine (all repos). Setup isn’t listing Isara for them, “Add another organization” lands on an org-owner GitHub page and Update access fails. Have them confirm they’re in the GitHub org (SSO first if you use it), then hard-refresh invite/setup (*https://graphite.com/docs/onboarding-troubleshooting**).* Is
