Hello, since yesterday we are facing issues that even all required approval check we can't use graphite to merge, still showing needs approval, on GH show that i can merge, any ideas what could be the issue?

That stack bottoms at #656. We're seeing Graphite wait on a code-owner check GitHub already treats as clear. If you need to ship now, merge only that bottom PR on GitHub and leave the upstack PRs alone there. I have create a report on this for the team, no ETA to share but I will get this to the team for review.
