Our org is not able to see any PRs in graphite at the moment. Merge queue is out as well but the official Graphite status shows no issues

Sent a DM with some api errors from the UI. Still same issue, can't even open PRs people had created in graphite with the direct links (dmed a screenshot of that as well)
I appreciate the help, our company is totally blocked on merging as we rely on the graphite merge queue so would appreciate if we could somehow open a ticket or escalate this
I have followed up with a email to support@graphite.com to hopefully expedite support as we are completely blocked by this graphite issue right now

Hey There! I have found the issue, it looks like on the 12th 
LICENSE_COMPLIANCE_SCANNING
was enabled and its not fully supported on graphite yet causing the errors. I am currently sending this to our team for review. For now please disable, docs here https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/how-tos/secure-your-supply-chain/manage-your-dependency-security/configure-license-policies while we investigate and this will get it moving as normal. Let me know if that works!

I think it is off, apparently it briefly enabled it yesterday but from my understanding it is off and was turned off yesterday not long after it was enabled

That is the error I am getting when looking at your logs, does anyone have this enabled at all?

I don't have permissions to check everywhere but have someone on platform team looking for me right now and they said so far they haven't been able to find anywhere this is enabled.
Will get back to you if we find anything
They got back to me and said its not enabled anywhere

Hey There! Right now it appears we are working thru a sync which can take a few hours, at that time I am hoping that will will refresh with this disabled. I am also working with the team on a solution but no ETA to provide. I will check in as soon as I have more to share.

Still nothing showing up in the merge queue as well. Is there anything we can do to trigger a refresh or further troubleshoot what might be erroring out here?

Yea, its still the same graphite github app just with the cursor branding https://graphite.com/docs/authenticate-with-github-app same steps as here.

Few weeks ago, I still think the ruleset is the root cause but this will let me sync the users to try and fix the pr inbox

this sort of request needs security approval unfortunately so may take time
I don't understand what changed between yesterday and today though
right now we're hard blocked and stress is building

Ok still investigating the other issues on my end, i saw it clear up at 10pm last night but its looking like that was a false read, just not as many errors active due to off business hours

See if they can specifically do this. GitHub org owner opens org Settings ā†’ GitHub Apps ā†’ the Graphite/Cursor app ā†’ Repository access and grants All repositories (or adds fiddler-labs/fiddler + siblings).
