We've had a team member of maternity leave and have been billed for three months of usage for them - I thought the billing was based on actual usage, but it seems like they have to be manually removed from the user list (which I've just done). Would it be possible to get this usage refunded as a credit?

Mind sharing the GitHub org name, and I'll refund? Graphite billing is based on seats, not on usage.

I've just got an email saying this member has been re-added. AFAIK they've not done anything on github or graphite, how can I find out what caused this?

I'm not sure we have a way of checking, but let me confirm with the team. In the meantime, it'd be helpful to confirm they haven't opened Graphite (even to view someone else's PR) or that they have actually done any work in GitHub that flowed into Graphite.

Turns out they were doing a

gt sync

so it all seems legit and just very coincidental timing, sorry for the false alarm
