I've found a concerning bug in the "diff view" of graphite PRs. In this screenshot you can see the line numbers jump from 841 straight to 844, skipping lines 842-843. What's worse is that this is not just a line numbering issue: lines 842-843 contain code being deleted by the PR, and github correctly shows these lines as being deleted. However, graphite does not show this code at all!
