Hi, We've found that the PRs submitted by our Github App won't trigger the automation we set up on Graphite. Even though the PR is showing up in the list when I set up/edit the automation rules on Graphite. The automation I was trying was about adding reviewers, and it works well for other PRs in the same repo.

I'm also facing this issue, we have an automation to adds reviewers upon successful CI completion and it hasnt triggered for the past few days, example here. I manually added reviewers just now but they should have been added earlier today
