How do i add users in a new section? I cannot see anyone.

hey josie, I'm the admin for graphite at the org. in my filters, i can see my team members/other teams but when gajraj checked with his account, no info is present.

thats very interesting. gajraj, can you try to clear your cache and do a hard refresh after to see if the users appear? if that doesn't work, can you share a screenshot of your network tab to see if theres any errors?

seems to be flaky it is reproducible sometime but if i do hard refresh it seems to work

what are your github permissions for the organization?

yes all of the repos are accessible to me as a Member

after digging a bit deeper, we have had other reports of github users sometimes not showing up in the author search. so far it's been able to pin down a root cause since it doesn't reproduce reliably for everyone and makes debugging end to end a bit difficult. as of right now, i think clearing your cache and doing a hard refresh should solve the problem due to the flakiness. i also see one of your github repos needs to be re-auth'd. this may possibly fix the flakiness too.
