This issue is utterly annoying. I've been suffering from it since I started using Graphite 6 months ago.

Any workarounds besides `cancel-in-progress: false` ?

In summary, GitHub kills the CI run associated with the PR, not the one associated with the API call.

Hi George, few Qs here:
• what are you triggering on? synchronize? push? pull_request? all 3?

• Curious what do they mean `associated with the API call.` ? can you elaborate here? we arent making any API calls to start the action.

• What is the end experience you see? ie does graphite show `pending` forever while github shows passing? something else?
