hi folks, is there a way to tell which PRs are merged from Graphite by clicking “Merged when ready”? In GitHub, there’s a hook i can check for

'auto_merge_enabled'

to add the label

auto-merge

so that I can filter for such PRs easily. is there a similar hook i can utilize for Graphite side?
