Hey George, looking at my logs for <https://app.graphite.com/github/pr/TeamReposit/tenancy/2228|2228> which looks like it went through the this workflow, seems like the check we did not wait for is not required (and thus we didnt wait). Is this what youre referencing? Are you using classic branch protection rules (BPRs)? rulesets?
