Apologies if this is just me, but I'm having issues communicating with graphite via the CLI, and I'm getting an error message on the menu bar app on MacOS - the web app seems to be running fine, though. Do you know if there have been any service interruptions?

hey Will, there isn't a service interruption at present so this could be something local on your end. You can try run 
gt auth --debug
to see if there's some additional information that can help us to debug. You can also try running this command to perform a GET request of the Graphite API's health endpoint and share the output: 
curl -iv <https://api.graphite.com/v1/health>

Thanks for getting back to me! I left it for a moment, restarted the machine, re-authed and it appears to be working now. Apologies for bothering you. What's the recommended channel for reporting suspected service interruptions out of interest? Thanks!
