in the rich text editor for PR descriptions, if i start a blockquote (

) and try to paste some markdown content that contains a horizontal rule (

), it will not paste anything and will print an error in the console. if i have not started a blockquote element, it does not have this issue. will add more details in thread. also, i will do the report feedback thing on the graphite site

and i paste it after the

in the editor, it does not insert any text or have any visual indication it failed at all. it silently fails and has an error logged to the console.
if i instead paste that and my cursor in the editor is not after the blockquote, it works fine
