UPDATE: Renamed using
git branch -m
, ran
gt track
, tried submitting but it tried to create a new PR, renamed back to one with dot, ran
gt track
and then submitted again and it somehow... worked. 😅 I `gt create`d a commit and submitted it fine while back. Made a change afterwards using
gt modify
and tried to submit again using
gt submit -s
and got an error:
gt rename
ERROR: Could not find branch runofthemillgeek/02-17-test_e2e_fix_deleted_files_.sr-only_heading_checks.
Is this because of the dot in the name? I tried to
gt rename
but getting the same error.

Just to you or others on your team also? - Is this a regression? Is the problem new? - If you're having an issue with the CLI, please send us debug logs using

I believe GitHub pull request branch names are immutable and so renaming will make a new PR as noted in our docs.
