02/17/2026, 3:32 PMHey Sean — if you haven't already, I recommend trying the following in this order:
• Log out of Github and Graphite
• Log in to GitHub + SAML/SSO for the GitHub organization (if applicable)
• Log in to Graphite
The presence of the "Missing permissions" warnings is typically just an eventual consistency delay as Graphite and GitHub sync. This can take some time when initially joining Graphite. If your Github user account is appropriately authorized to the GitHub organization and its repos then this should self-resolve without any intervention after some time passes.

02/19/2026, 4:42 AMIt's Thursday now and I'm still getting the same error. I've also merged several hundred PRs through Graphite so doubt it's a recency issue.
Will try the steps you've described and let you know if it resolves.
