Hi. My PR is stuck in

Waiting on CI...

status since one of the required checks has a non-required job that is skipped. It seems to be mergeable in GitHub so is this a bug in Graphite or some configuration issue? I've tried to resubmit the branch to re-run the checks without luck. I've been in a similar situation where this specific job was skipped but I could still merge the PR using Graphite so this could be regression. edit: Doesn't seem to be related to Graphite after all so ignore 🙂

The PR in question is 2nd in my stack. In it I combined two separate jobs into one and gave the job a new name. The downstack PR still has the same 2 jobs that are in main and it is mergeable, even though both of the jobs are skipped.

Right, it must have been mergeable in GitHub as the base branch was not the default branch. Now as I merged the downstack PR, the upstack PR with the issue is not mergeable even in GitHub. So unlikely to be related to Graphite, my bad!

Had to remove the old check and add the new one with the new job name.. of course. All good now. 🙂
