heya, is it possible to set up a slack channel when graphite PRs are created?
the DMs are very handy but it'd be nice if we could have a feed of PRs in a channel in slack :slightly_smiling_face:

(i know it's possible with the github thing but that is... very noisy)

even if it's not native slack integration, it would be amazing if we could trigger webhooks or something based on graphite automations. that would i think achieve (basically) the same thing for us :pray:
