How do I select a PR template when submitting a stack? Graphite knows that my repo has 2 templates; from `gt config`:

but there’s no option to select template-2 after `gt submit`:

? Body › - Use arrow-keys. Return to submit.
❯   Edit Body (using vim)
    Skip (paste template)
