is there a way to have a personal plan now? (and also have more than 30 repos?) i'd love to pay but the current plans (team only) don't even let me can't use graphite reliably a PR inbox without having much more than 30 repos.. it has happened that a PR review was missed because it was made in a rarely used project
the great thing about graphite was that it didn't force anyone else to use it and it could be gradually incorporated, which is very powerful. now i'd have to first convince the company before it is even used significantly.. seems backwards

Yeah, that's the primary blocker that I had with graphite, I wasn't able to effectively convince the company to adopt it so there's just a few of us using the free plan on a subset of our work

Hi guys! This is something we’re actively thinking about. If you don’t mind providing a bit more context, what were the blockers you found when you tried to convince your company?

Found this thread when I tried to look for information regarding a personal license, and wanted to give my take: The main issue is that it is hard to convince some managers, coworkers and companies. They ask about "value" and sometimes don't understand the answer. They see stacked branching and think "Well, that looks more complicated than just having one large feature branch". Sometimes it can be nearly impossible to get them out of that mindset. In addition, some companies have very heavy processes for getting licenses where approval needs to go through committees and whatnot. A personal plan would be easier for those that exists in organisations where change is difficult.
