Is there any way to get information about stacks and dependencies via an API? I'd like to run some CI tasks only on the top-level of a stack. https://graphite.dev/docs/stacking-and-ci#running-ci-upstack has some tips on only running on the lowest level in the stack, but I'd like to achieve the opposite
