Hey :v: How do I set up Graphite to use a third party label-based Merge Queue?

According to <https://graphite.dev/docs/merge-pull-requests#compatibility-with-third-party-merge-queues|this page>, it's possible to set up Graphite to use a third party Merge Queue.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any instructions, other than contacting <mailto:support@graphite.dev|support@graphite.dev>. So, for visibility to other users, I decided to ask here first :slightly_smiling_face:

FYI: In our current setup, users are not able to merge to `main` directly. We are using <https://mergify.com/merge-queue|Mergify's Merge Queue>, which our devs trigger with a label.

We want to evaluate using Graphite for PR stacking and reviewing PRs, but we don't want to switch to Graphite's MQ just yet...
